Onboarding programme

My first 90 days in your team.

You should see value before probation ends. This is the programme I run when I join a project, with a deliverable you can check at every milestone.

  1. Days 1 – 30

    Understand and stabilise

    • Review the baseline, contract programme and logic with a DCMA health check.
    • Meet each package lead and map interfaces, constraints and long-lead items.
    • Fix the weekly update rhythm, data cut-off and progress rules.

◆ Milestone Schedule health report with the top 10 risks to your key dates.

  2. Days 31 – 60

    Take control

    • Recovery and acceleration options for every path that is slipping.
    • Live 2–6 week lookaheads with a constraint log the site team uses.
    • Automated KPI pack in Power BI, so reporting takes hours instead of days.

◆ Milestone First automated monthly report to the Client and PMC.

  3. Days 61 – 90

    Govern and forecast

    • WBS, coding and template standards applied across every project.
    • Contemporaneous records and programme narratives ready for any EOT.
    • Planners coached to run the cycle without me in the room.

◆ Milestone A completion forecast your management can sign off.

Straight answers

What hiring managers usually ask.

What size of project are you used to?

Today, two mixed-use projects worth AED 2.0B and AED 550M. Before that: G+45 towers in Dubai, a 60-school programme in Al-Madinah, four healthcare facilities, and a bridge on a budget above $200M.

Can you lead a planning team?

Yes. At ASGC I manage and mentor the planning team across both projects: assigning workloads, reviewing programmes and updates, and enforcing planning standards.

Can you work on projects in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. My work permit is valid in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and I have delivered projects in Al-Madinah and Jeddah as well as Dubai.

Have you worked for developers as well as contractors?

Yes. At BINGHATTI I ran the developer's planning function for fast-track G+45 towers. At ASGC I lead planning on the contractor side. I know what each side needs from the programme, and where the disputes usually start.

Do you handle delay analysis and EOT claims?

Yes. I prepare schedule impact assessments, delay analysis inputs, contemporaneous records and programme narratives, working with the commercial and legal teams.

Which software do you use?

Primavera P6, MS Project and Project Tracker for scheduling, Power BI (Power Query, DAX) for dashboards, and Excel with VBA and Power Pivot for automation.

How quickly can you start?

I share my notice period on request. For interviews I am available at short notice: pick a time in my calendar and you will get a confirmation straight away.
